 Important Information Regarding Book Sales

Book Sales Mailing:  Should arrive in mail by the Week of July 13. 

Pre-Pack Option:  The Book Sales mailing will include information about the Pre-Pack option which is available for all Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors.  The Pre-Pack option provides a convenient method for parents to order books with a credit card and thereby avoid the sometimes long lines at book sales in August.

All Pre-Pack Reservation forms (found in the Book Sales mailing) must be completed and received in the Main Office by 3:30 p.m. on Monday, July 27.

Fee Waiver Application Reviews:  The Book Sales mailing will also include information regarding fee waiver applications.  Fee waiver applications can be submitted for review at any of the book sales dates in August, or at the following dates and times:

Tuesday, July 14 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Wednesday, July 15 – 12 noon to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, July 21 – 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Note:  For any parent who will be applying for a fee waiver and  is also interested in using the Pre-Pack option, the fee waiver application must be reviewed on one of the July dates listed above (prior to submitting the Pre-Pack reservation form).

Fee Waiver Packet – 2009-2010

Pre-Pack Pick Up:  All Parents/students who used the Pre-Pack option must come to C-wing gym to pick up their pre-packed books and supplies at one of the following times:

Thursday, August 6 – 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Tuesday, August 11 – 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.

Book Sales:

Saturday, August 15 (9 a.m. – 1 p.m.):  Book sales for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who did not participate in Pre-Pack.

Monday, August 17 (12 p.m. – 4:30 p.m. & 5:30 p.m. – 8 p.m.):  Freshman book sales. Pre-pack is not an option for incoming freshman students.  All incoming freshman students must attend book sales. 

Tuesday, August 18 (1 p.m. – 7 p.m.):  Book sales for Sophomores, Juniors and Seniors who did not participate in Pre-Pack.  Also Freshman make-up day.

Note:  The book sale dates above (8/15, 17, 18) are only for those students who have not used the pre-pack option.  The pre-pack option is not available to incoming freshman students.

There will be a $25.00 late fee if you do not either use the pre-pack option or come to booksales on August 15, 17 or 18.
