The Maine West Fine Arts and CTE Departments are collaborating to sponsor a Women’s History Month event on March 16th from 3:30-6:30 p.m. in the upper commons of Maine West. It will be called Bowls for Change, and it will be raising funds for Wings (a local women’s shelter) and the MALALA Fund (an international non-profit dedicated to the education of girls around the world).
The dinner will cost $16, and will include a custom, handmade ceramic bowl made by the ceramic and design students and National Art Honor Society students, and a pasta dinner, made by culinary students. We hope your can join us!
