Building Meetings to Discuss the Design Process

Assistant Superintendent for Business Mary Kalou and Director of Buildings and Grounds Dave Ulm have spend the last several weeks meeting with the schools and the architects to discuss building needs and the design process. In the coming weeks, the district will receive a budget estimate from Pepper Construction. Following that estimate, the district will review the plans and alter or redesign the plans to fit within the available budget.

Once determined, the preliminary floor plans and associated budgets will be reviewed at the May Buildings & Grounds Committee meeting.

The district shares construction updates on a regular basis so the community can be informed about the work being completed with taxpayer dollars.
