🏫 About Our Program
The Maine West Preschool is a unique “learning lab” where high school students, under the supervision of certified teachers, gain hands-on experience in early childhood education. Our program provides a nurturing, play-based environment for preschoolers while offering our high school “student teachers” a chance to apply their classroom learning in a real-world setting.

📝 Registration and Enrollment
Eligibility & Residency
- Age: 4 years old by September 1, 2026.
- Requirements: Must be fully potty-trained.
- Residency: Open to District 207 residents.*In-district/age exceptions considered after June 1, 2026, based on availability.
2026-2027 Schedule
- Days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday (No Wednesday).
- Hours: 8:50 AM – 12:30 PM.
Tuition & Fees
- Annual Fee: $300.00
- Payment: Fees are collected at our Fall Meet & Greet.
- Policy: Non-refundable if attendance is discontinued.
